Rental Policy:

• Check-in begins at 3:00PM Central Standard Time.
• Check-out time is 10:00AM Central Standard Time.
• No Pets Allowed.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Reservations must be made and confirmed by an adult over the age of 25 (see rental agreement).
• There is a maximum number of eight (8) guests.

Deposit Policy:

• A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be made within 3 days to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 50% plus applicable taxes must be received within 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• Reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date require full payment of rental amount plus applicable taxes at the time the reservation is made.
• In lieu of a Damage Security payment, a credit card number is required to guarantee no damages, theft, and that all policies and conditions are followed (see rental agreement for details).

Refund Policy:

• If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to check-in date, a full refund will be made less a $75 cancellation fee.
• If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to check-in date, a refund will only be made if the unit is rebooked at the same rate and time, less a $75 cancellation fee. If the unit is rebooked at a discount, then the refund is calculated from the differences in rental received less $75.
• Cancellations or early departures for any reason (including weather) do not warrant any refund of rental payments or deposits. We will not refund monies for inclement weather without a mandatory evacuation notice for the area of the rental property. Refunds will be prorated from the time of your departure from the property.
